TheAssociation Announcements: December 2023

 All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth, my two front teeth, my two front teeth has been rattling through my head for days.

It’s a great song, that’s a lighthearted reminder of the resilience we’ve all shown in the face of adversity. This tree is a perfect visual example.

 2023: The year of the Ghost

No doubt, 2023 has been tough. Many of us felt a relentless boxing match of professional and personal challenges. It was a year of significant changes in the job market, impacting not just the employees but their extended circles. Executives choosing investors over people, jobs evaporating, the emotional, mental, physical and financial trauma and their rippling impact, the ghosting of recruiters or my personal favorite the automated thank you, we never spoke with you but we chose someone else for that role you were over qualified for ghost email. I’ll be honest, for me, 2023 was a repeated punch in the face. 

Yet, amidst the turmoil, there were invaluable lessons and opportunities for self-discovery and growth.

 Welcoming 2024 with Optimism 

Hello, 2024!  With new beginnings on the horizon, it’s time to embrace the lessons and experience hard-earned. The AI and Data industry, in particular, has seen remarkable developments. At Culstrata-ai, we’re pioneering with our innovative fractional services model and the much-needed commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion Board and Executive across the globe. 2023 enabled the formation of a killer team, market research, our first customers and a solid set of opportunities shaping up nicely for 2024. 

 Bridging the Gap in AI 

I’m determined to bridge functional silos and foster an ethical AI future. The AI race is on, and after 20+ years of data, privacy, and cyber experience, I know the silos are real. We must bridge the fields of AI, Data, Ethics, Privacy, Robotics, and Security to ensure a ethical, quality and trusted AI future. So 2023 is the year TheAssociation.AI was born to focus on the AI implementers with a safe, neutral platform – an AI TripAdvisor to empower the AI Deputies across the globe 

 Remarkable Growth & Future Plans 

Our TheAssociation AI village has had a 379% adoption increase since our MVP launch on 10/1, and we’re just getting started. Our Data AI Trust Advisory Council is setting the stage for groundbreaking work in AI ethics and policies implementation standards! Q1 2024 looks promising with several exciting initiatives, including our jobs & talent marketplace, Beyond Binary podcast, and the expansion of local chapters across the globe. 

 So adieu 2023 

As we step into 2024, let’s carry the lessons from 2023 to build a future that’s brighter and more inclusive. For those who felt the brunt of 2023, and are missing their two front teeth, you have a supporter and ally in me. Like the tree, let’s write whole new books in 2024!!
