TheAssociation Announcements: October 2023
Announcements
- Deployment of TheAssociation MVP: It gives us the infrastructure, architecture, and basic forum for all other services and experiences going forward.
- Initiation of Talent Referral Intake Process: We are offering a $5,000 referral fee for high-caliber talent working in the fields of AI, Data, Ethics, Privacy, Robotics, and Security if they are placed by our Talent Acquisitions specialist, Kaydee James (kaydeej@culstrata-ai.com). In the Works
Jobs & Talent Referrals Marketplace
Leads: Kaydee James, Nikki Nolan, Rajesh Kumar Butteddi
We are working on a dedicated job board supporting those looking for jobs or hiring in the fields of AI, Data, Ethics, Privacy, Robotics, and Security.
We intend to scrap roles from LinkedIn and also provide a custom entry process so we can start to be the source of truth for roles in these fields.
Certifications & Education Marketplace
Leads: Peggy Tsai and Wendy Zhang (Education), Wendy Turner-Williams (Marketplace)
We plan to create an education marketplace where you can find education and certifications related to our fields.
This will be broken down into three tracks:
- A service to support the marketplace experience, whether a publisher in the marketplace or a consumer looking for education/certifications.
- A program—TheAssociation Education Program—where we will also publish educational content and workshops into the marketplace. In other words, TheAssociation will also be a publisher, using the Marketplace for our own offerings, but we will be one of many.
- Identification of companies/providers with educational offerings that should be discoverable in the marketplace.
- If there are education/certification classes that you have found helpful and recommend to others, please add to this sheet.
